Chain of Command beginning in 2012

Below is the 2012 NFAA Chain of Command. If you have an issue or problem, the Board of Directors feels that this organized structure can assist you in resolving the issue in a timely manner. Please always contact your station captain first, then the Association Director with problems before going to the board, unless the problem involves one of these individuals.
